This was regarding my Broadband and Phone Connection which is not been working and i been calling your customer services again and again but in vein. first i filed a complaint with you guys was on the 7th of MAY regarding internet not working one Of your Representative came to my house and he told me that he will check the connection and will come back within 5-10 min. Which he never returned and was gone then the very next day i got a call from your Mumbai office stating that my issue us been resolved and this was a follow up call To which i told that person the same thing which i said above so he was like of its our MISTAKE and will take a new complaint (ie 178909391) Date was 9th May 2012 and will be resolved within 24 hours which i waited and did not receive any kind of response .Than again i gave a call to your Customers Service Dept. on 15-5-2012 Stating the i have this complaint which was filed on the 9th of May they informed me that This Complaint is also been Resolved to my shock they told me that the Kondhwa people who manage the Complaint in Pune they are they people who have Resolved the Status and the internet is working fine now The Call was transferred to some senior person on the Floor he told me that he has to file a another complaint after my refusal stating that i don?t want a another complaint number which i am sure will changed to resolve and working ?
Again in the afternoon @ 3:16pm i got a call from MUMBAI 02230388366 stating that the problem is been resolved again immediately I gave a call to your customer service dept. stating that the issue is not been resolved till now I am really wondering how you people are doing your work. And Really wondering how the Complaints are getting resolved automatically. I wasn?t using the Internet and the phone Connection for like 4 months as the was some Renovation work going at my house I told you people to Pause my internet service for some time and i was told the this is not possible and the services cannot be Paused i told you people that?s fine. ?And continued paying my paying bill regularly without using any of your services but when i wanted to use my SERVICES which i been paying regularly without any complaints from my side you people wont try to get my case resolved. Now i need to take this Further now ??.
